Adam Wood and Celia Bouch

We are delighted to welcome back Adam Wood, trumpet and Celia Bouch, harp, to the Kirkharle Summer Concerts in 2026.

Adam studied Trumpet at the Royal College of Music and Royal Academy of Music and now is a member of the Royal Northern Sinfonia. Celia studied Music & Hispanic Studies at The University of Sheffield, with a year abroad at Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid where she studied the harp.

Celia and Adam have been performing as a duo since 2019, and enjoy playing the rare compositions for this unique instrumentation as well as arrangements of classic works. Celia and Adam both grew up in Newcastle upon Tyne and are excited to be performing once again in the North East. They first performed at Kirkharle in October 2024, and are thrilled to return as part of the 2026 season.

There are three steps down into the church. We can help if you have access needs.
